To increase trust, property owners may verify both their identity and their right to advertise the property. Listings marked as “Verified” have been checked by us to confirm that the advertiser is the owner or has explicit authorization from the owner to publish the property.
We do not manage bookings or payments directly on our platform. Instead, we connect you directly with property owners so you can arrange your stay with them transparently and without intermediaries.
Property owners can still keep their listings up to date by managing availability calendars and pricing directly on our platform, allowing you to plan your stay with confidence.

You cannot pay directly on this website for your reservations. You need to get in touch with the owner to agree how to do the payment.
You need to get in touch with the property owner to cancel a booking, if any cancellation feels that depends on the specific conditions by the owner. You can find details of the fees if any on the property page.

You can submit your property following the “Submit property” link on the top right corner. You will need to create an account. We do a review and verification of the property details you have added for quality and to avoid spam. We are committed for publishing only high quality properties on this website so we reserve the rights to reject your publication.
You can publish up to 2 properties by free during a maximum period of 9 months. If you want to keep your publications after than time you can do so with a small monthly fee of 10 €/month. Paying this monthly fee allows you also to publish up to 10 properties instead of 2. There are additional membership options for additional publication packages also.
